SRX15931949: RNAseq of PDX C0592-2
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 100M spots, 25G bases, 7.8Gb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from flash-frozen PDX tissue using the Allprep kit (Qiagen). ssRNAseq libraries were prepared and sequenced on a HiSeq2500 sequencer, pooling 3 samples per sequencing lane. RNAseq libraries were aligned using the STAR pipeline version 2.4.2a
